ARTIFACT: This is a circa 1970s York, Maine Volunteer Fire Department ambulance vehicle tag. York is a popular vacation spot in southern Maine that was established in 1624 as Agamenticus (the mountain there still bears that name).

VINTAGE: Circa 1970s.

SIZE: Approximately 10" in length and 4" in height.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Painted metal.

ATTACHMENT: Holes.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from an old Maine fire and rescue collection that we will be listing more of over the next few months. ebay SHOP MAX14 LCHX8/14

CONDITION: 7- (Very Fine-): The tag has some spots of wear, slight peeling.
