This is a paperback copy of the Military Collectors' Association "Journal" Volume 1, Number 4. The book has a photo of Hitler on the cover and has some images of SS insignia. Other articles in this issue deal with topics such as bayonets and Napoleon. There is no publication date but this is from the 1970s.
