ARTIFACT: This is a 1960s distinctive insignia for the United States 243rd Artillery Battalion. The DI shows a rooster at the center of a maple leaf with a pine tree above and reads GAME TO THE LAST.

VINTAGE: Circa 1960s.

SIZE: Approximately 1-3/16" in height 1" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Plated brass with enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Two posts (one is missing).

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a United States Army collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months R/A93 LAJX11/11

CONDITION: 7- (Very Fine-): The DI has some light abrasions and one of its posts are missing.
