ARTIFACT: This is a 1960s United States Army 142nd Signal Battalion DI. The DI shows a gloved fist holding lightning bolts, along with a palm tree, a fleur-de-lis and a lion, and reads FLEXIBILITY.

VINTAGE: Circa 1960s.

SIZE: Approximately 1-1/8" in height and 1-1/8" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Plated brass with enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Two posts.

MARKINGS: N.S. MEYER INC. NEW YORK, 22M, Meyer maker's mark.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a United States Army collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAL90 LAJX4/11

CONDITION: 7 (Very Fine): The DI shows some crazing to the enamel and the posts are slightly bent.
