ARTIFACT: This is a 1960s United Air Lines captain wing. The wing shows a red, white and blue crest at center and four stars at top, one of which has a diamond chip.

VINTAGE: Circa 1960s.

SIZE: Approximately 7/8" in height and 3-3/8" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Chrome- and gold-plated brass with enameled areas and diamond chip.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with come-under swivel locking catch and stabilization post.

MARKINGS: LEAVENS MFG. ATTLEBORO, MASS.

ITEM NOTES: This is from an airlines collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VCJX7/99 LADEX11/10

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): Wing shows some areas of light wear.
