ARTIFACT: This is a 1960s wing in sterling silver for United Air Lines by Gemsco. The wing has four gold stars at top and a red, white and blue enamel crest at center.

VINTAGE: Circa 1960s.

SIZE: Approximately 7/8" in height and 3-3/8" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Sterling silver with plated brass, enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with come-under swivel locking catch.

MARKINGS: GEMSCO with maker's mark and STERLING.

ITEM NOTES: This is from an airlines collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. RGEV11/98 LBCEX5/11

CONDITION: 7 (Very Fine): The wing has some small spots of light to medium wear.
