ARTIFACT: This is a 1960s distinctive insignia for the United States 52nd Armored Engineer Battalion. The DI shows a windmill flanked over and under by a fleur-delis and a wheel and reads NOUS SERVONS (we serve).

VINTAGE: Circa 1960s.

SIZE: Approximately 1-1/8" in height 1" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Plated brass with enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Two posts.

MARKINGS: E-23.

ITEM NOTES: The DI you receive will either be this one or one in very similar condition. This is from a United States Army collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAL90 LABX10/11

CONDITION: 8 (Excellent-): The DI shows only light wear.
