ARTIFACT: This is a 1960's BSA Sea Scouts (then "Sea Explorers") Small Boat Handler Qualification Badge. The Boy Scouts first congregated in Texas in 1910.

VINTAGE: Circa 1960's.

SIZE: Approximately 5/8" in height and 1-7/8" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Nickel-plated brass.

ATTACHMENT: Two posts with clutch-back catches.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a Boy Scouts collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. ebay VBJX04 LAAEX5/12 SLDEX8/15

CONDITION: 7 (Very Fine): The badge shows some spots of light to medium wear and areas of moderate tarnish.
