ARTIFACT: This is a circa 1950s badge for the Police Department of Watertown, Massachusetts. The badge is in a shirt-size and is in the "sunburst radiator", or "clamshell", design. The badge is topped by the Arm of Miles Standish.

VINTAGE: Circa 1950s.

SIZE: Approximately 2" in height and 1-1/2" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Plated brass, painted details.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical pin on bar with drop-in locking catch.

MARKINGS: PAT. number on bar.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a police and law enforcement collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAJX13 LFEX7/13 SFEX05/05/20

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): The badge has some small spots of wear, mostly to the reverse.
