This is a 1950's United States Post Office Department Clerk Badge #62 From Camden New Jersey.
VINTAGE:
1950s.
SIZE:
Approximately: 1-3/4" in height x 1-1/2" in width.
MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION:
Brass with blue painted details & nickel pin.
ATTACHMENT:
One-plate Holizontal pin with come-under locking catch.
MARKINGS:
# 62 stamped on front. PAT 2066969 under the pin on reverse. "U.S. GOVERNMENT PROPERTY / IF FOUND DROP IN MAILBOX".
