ARTIFACT: This is a 1950s distinctive insignia for the United States Army Medical Replacement Training Center. The DI is an oval framing two arms clutching the Staff of Asclepius, and reads ADVANCING ALWAYS.

VINTAGE: Circa 1950s.

SIZE: Approximately 1-1/16" in height 13/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Plated brass with enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical pin with come-under locking swivel catch.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a United States Army collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAL90 LAJX5/11 SAJX06/15/22

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent-): The DI shows some light wear and tarnish.
