ARTIFACT: This is a 1950s distinctive insignia for the United States Army 112th Engineer Regiment. The DI shows a cactus, castle turret and a key and reads PREPARE THE WAY.
The DI you receive will either be this one or one in very similar condition.

VINTAGE: Circa 1950s.

SIZE: Approximately 1-3/16" in height and 1-1/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Plated brass with enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical pin with come-under locking swivel catch.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a United States Army collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAL90 LCFX10/11

CONDITION: 7 (Very Fine): The DI shows has some spots of light to medium wear and tarnish, and a few small bits of the enamel are missing.

GUARANTEE: As with all my artifacts, this piece is guaranteed to be original, as described.
