ARTIFACT: This is a distinctive insignia for the United States Army 11th Infantry Regiment by Dondero. The DI is a shield showing a castle, a crossed bolo and kamplian, and the arrow of Satanta, a Kiowa chief.

VINTAGE: Circa 1950s.

SIZE: Approximately 1-1/8" in height and 15/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Plated brass with enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Single screw post.

MARKINGS: A. H. DONDERO INC. WASHINGTON D.C.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a United States Army collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAL90 LBDX10/11

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The DI shows some light to moderate wear and tarnish.
