ARTIFACT: This is a 1950s distinctive insignia for the United States Army 105th Field Artillery Battalion by Minero-Newcome. The DI shows a castle at its center and reads ILS NEW PASSERONT PAS (they will not pass).

VINTAGE: Circa 1950s.

SIZE: Approximately 1-3/16" in height 1-1/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gold-plated brass with enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Two posts.

MARKINGS: MINERO-NEWCOME & CO. INC. N.Y.C.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a United States Army collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months VAL90 LBDX11/11

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): The DI has some small areas of light wear and tarnish and all enamel is intact.
