Great circa 1948 Zippo lighter with applied United States Air Force 51st Fighter Group Badge. Engraved with Air Force bases around the world stating in Greece in 1948 and ending in Plattsburgh, NY in 1962. Other engravings, Front: McDill 1952 - Fairford Glos. England 1953 - 1372 (unknown) " Pinecastle 1955. Reverse: 1956 1372 (unknown) - 1959 - Plattsburgh 1962. Side: P.A.M. 51-D - George - Greece 1948. Other Side: Gunter 56-A , (unknown) 1948.
