Wonderful 1947 heavy bronze commemorative paperweight by Whitehead and Hoag depicting an Indian Brave for Kansas City, Missouri City National Bank. The Brave is riding his horse and looking out over the horizon, the carries a bow in his hand and is wearing a feathered headpiece, all done in nice high relief detail, just above him reads: “KANSAS CITY, MO.”. The outer edge reads: “CITY NATIONAL BANK & TRUST CO.” and the reverse: “COMMEMORATING THE OPENING OF THE NEW BUILDING CITY NATIONAL BANK & TRUST CO. 10TH & GRAND AVE. KANSAS CITY, MO. 1947”
