ARTIFACT: This is a circa World War II "E" (for Excellence) Award for production of war materiel awarded by the United States Army and Navy to Sylvania Electric Products Inc. of Williamsport, Pennsylvania. The folder contains the details and program of the ceremony, which was held on January 6, 1944.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II (1944).

SIZE: Approximately 8-1/4" in width by 11" in height (when folded).

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Printed card stock.

ATTACHMENT: Stapled binding.
