ARTIFACT: This is a 1930s USMC United States Marine Corps aviation flight jacket name tag. It is from a repair/construction shop and reads:

DWIGHT P. HARRIS
SEAT SHOP
S/SGT USMC

VINTAGE: Circa 1930's - WWII period.

SIZE: About 3-7/8" in length by 2" in height.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Leather with painted lettering.

ATTACHMENT: To be sewn onto garment.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a large collection of USMC Aviation which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VEX05 LFEX06/07 SLAAEX09/24/20

CONDITION: 7- (Very Fine-): Minor wear and aging; leather is a little wrinkled but still soft and supple.
