This is a circa 1930's New York State Guard 1st Regiment officer collar insignia. The insignia is covered in clear celluloid.
VINTAGE:
Circa 1930's.
SIZE:
Approximately 1" in diameter.
MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION:
Clear celluloid, plated brass.
ATTACHMENT:
Horizontal safety-style pin, saddle.
MARKINGS:
None.
ITEM NOTES:

7+ (Very Fine+): The insignia shows light wear only; some oxidation to pin but it still functions.
