This is a hardcover copy of "List of Mothers and Widows of American Soldiers, Sailors and Marines Entitled to Make a Pilgrimage to the War Cemeteries in Europe". The state-by-state list was published a year after a March 1929 Act of Congress figured out the cost to send all eligible surviving women to Europe.
