ARTIFACT: This is a rare circa "Song Book of the United States Naval Academy". The book contains the music and lyrics for some Army as well as Navy songs to "reinforce the bond of comradeship". The book was published by The Log of the United States Naval Academy and printed by G. Schirmer Inc. of New York.

VINTAGE: Circa 1922.

SIZE: 83 pages without illustrations; approximately 10-3/4" in height and 7-3/4" in width and 3/8" in thickness.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Embossed cloth-bound cover, paper.

ATTACHMENT: Glued binding.

MARKINGS: Copyrighted, 1922, by Kenneth David McCracken for the Log of the United States Naval Academy; Press of G. SCHIRMER INC. NEW YORK.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a United States Navy collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAH/BEL01 LAFEX4/13

CONDITION: 7 (Very Fine): The book is in very good condition with some small white spots on the front cover and medium wear to its corners; some small, light stains on the endpapers; one tear on title page and some separation from seam on some other pages.
