ARTIFACT: This is a 1914 New Hampshire licensed chauffeur badge #323. The badge is diamond-shaped and partly enameled in white and blue.

VINTAGE: Circa 1914.

SIZE: About 1-11/16" in width by 7/8" in height.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Brass with enamel accents.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with a tongue-type "C" catch.

MARKINGS: Mark is very faded: THE WHITEHEAD & HOAG CO. NEWARK, N.J.
