ARTIFACT: This is a 1890's - 1910's Portland Maine Fire Department Engine 2 Hat Badge in Silver Plated White Metal. This badge came together with 1880's -1890's Portland, Main Fire Department Badge # 76 and 1938 Portland, Maine Fire Department Retirement Badge of Henry A. Chase Engin 2.

VINTAGE: 1890s - 1910s.

SIZE: Approximately 2-1/4" in height x 2-1/4" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Silver Plated White Metal.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical safety-style pin.

MARKINGS: N/A.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a firefighting badge collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VIJM23 LBDEX05/22/23

CONDITION: 6+ (Fine - Very Fine): The badge shows moderate wear, much of the silver plated details remains intact, overall, it is in fine condition.
