ARTIFACT: This is a 15th Air Force A-2 good luck chain from Capri which goes with bells from Capri, where some of the United States Army Air Forces took a rest and relaxation leave. The chain shows a winged star with 15 on front and a painted view of the island and CAPRI 1945 on the reverse.

VINTAGE: Circa 1945.

SIZE: Medallion is ¾" in diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Plated hand-painted brass.

ATTACHMENT: Loop attachment.

MARKINGS: N/A.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a United States Army Air Forces collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VBEX99 LHEX 3/10 SeHEX6/15

CONDITION: 4- (Good-Very Good): Chain shows heavy wear.
